Retail Store Operations

Because McCarthy Pools supplies waste water management facilities and medical rehab facilities with sanitation and disinfectant products, we have been advised to maintain our operations. In order to safeguard the health and safety of our customers and staff we will be making the following changes to our retail process.​

• Curbside Pick-Up: Until further notice, we will ONLY be offering curbside pick-up at our store. Please call ahead to place your order and arrange a pick-up time. When you arrive to make your pick-up, please drive to the overhead garage door and we will bring out your order.

• All payments must be made at the arranged time of pick-up or prior to pick-up via credit card. Payments made at the time of pick-up will require you to give your credit card to one of our staff members who will run the transaction inside our building and then return your card. If you prefer contactless payments, please provide your credit card information when you arrange your order.

• Our store hours will be Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm, Saturday 9 am - 3 pm, Sunday 10 am - 2 pm.

• Pool water testing is available on a first come / first serve basis. Please park your car in a parking spot and bring your water to our front door. We will come out and take your water inside to run the analysis.
